Together, you’ll break down your goals, challenges, and questions so you leave the call with a customized action plan tailored to your vision. Tiffany draws on both her real-world experience and the full Serenity Blueprint framework to provide step-by-step support in areas such as licensing, property selection, staffing, operations, finances, admissions, and long-term growth. This session is ideal for aspiring assisted living owners who want professional insight, accountability, and clarity from a mentor who has already done exactly what they are trying to do. Cancellation Policy
Serenity Blueprint, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 📌 Scheduling & Rescheduling • All sessions must be booked in advance through our online scheduling system. • You may reschedule your session one time if needed. • Rescheduling must be completed at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. • Same-day rescheduling is not permitted. ⸻ 📌 Cancellations & No-Shows • No refunds are issued for cancellations under any circumstances. • If you choose not to attend your call or are more than 10 minutes late, the session will be marked as a no-show and will not be rescheduled or refunded. • If Tiffany needs to reschedule due to an emergency, you will receive a new appointment time. ⸻ 📌 Refund Policy • All mentorship bookings are final and non-refundable. • Once your appointment is confirmed, your payment is locked in and cannot be returned, transferred, or exchanged for another service. ⸻ 📌 Scope of Expertise • The mentorship session is based on Tiffany’s real-world experience operating and managing a residential assisted living home. • Sessions offer guidance, education, clarity, and industry insight — not legal, financial, medical, or tax advice. • If you ask a question outside the scope of her expertise, the inability to provide an answer does not qualify for a refund, discount, or complimentary session. ⸻ 📌 Client Responsibility By booking, you acknowledge that: • You understand this call provides guidance and insight, not guarantees or professional legal/financial advisement. • You are responsible for your own business decisions and outcomes. • You are booking a learning-based session, not a done-for-you service. ⸻ 📌 Recording & Notes • Recording of sessions is permitted for personal use only. • Materials shared during the call may not be redistributed, sold, or reproduced. ⸻ 📌 Agreement By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to all policies listed above.
